Next Tuesday evening (October 6) the Rancho Palos Verdes City Council will consider adopting the Planning Commission's approved amended ordinance regulating amateur radio antennas.  As noted in the QRO newsletter, the proposed ordinance reverts approval for all new antennas between 16'-41' in height to the Director of Community Development, with only those over 41' still needing Planning Commission approval.  The previous ordinance draft would have required getting Planning Commission approval for any antenna over 28'.  The entire staff report and proposed ordinance is now on the City website at:  https://rpv.granicus.com/MetaViewer.php?view_id=5&event_id=1674&meta_id=86710
