Dear fellow PVARC members,
It's a quiet week for ham radio but a few events are happening. First, our weekly K6PV repeater nets are tonight--hope you can check in--starting with the analog net at 7:30 pm and then the DMR net at 8:00 pm. Our analog net also has its 144.910 MHz cross-band link (Tone Squelch, PL 156.7) for those on the Peninsula's west side.
This Saturday it's the monthly W6TRW Swap Meet at Northrop Grumman from 7:00-11:30 am. You never know what you'll find...or who you will see there. This event has been a meeting place for many hams since 1975 and somewhat of a treasure hunt as well. Perhaps we'll see you there.
Our next QRO newsletter comes your way early next week with more information about our August 1 monthly meeting and Lighthouse Weekend activities during August 16-18.
Have a great week and 73,
Diana, AI6DF
