Dear fellow PVARC members,
Last Saturday's PVARC EmComm Interest Group online meeting went smoothly with the few previous Webex technical glitches resolved. We'll continue hosting this online 3rd-Saturday-of-the-month one-hour meeting for those interested. Our HF Enthusiasts Group meetings continue on the 2nd Saturday and our monthly general meetings are still on the 1st Thursday evening. In-person meetings for the HF Enthusiasts Group and monthly general meetings at Hesse Park will not resume until public health orders allow such gatherings and social distancing is feasible in the respective meeting rooms.
Our weekly K6PV analog FM net is tonight at 7:30 pm so please check in and say hello. As previously reported the weekly K6PV DMR net moved to 7:30 pm on Wednesdays to allow more participation.
Lastly, slides for the Understanding GPS for Amateur Radio presentation given during our online May 7 monthly meeting are now posted on our website in the What's New section.
